A FREE family friendly, accessible stroll along the promenade with sweeping views across the shiny bay where stories are washed up like pirate treasure.

From palaces beneath the sands to snoring giants across the fells,
curious curlews to lazy boatbuilders, this will be a walk bursting with stories that draw on local landscape, history and myth. 

Your guide will be internationally renowned storyteller, Emily Hennessey, who lives in Cumbria and loves to explore landscapes and stories.

Suitable for all ages, both adults and children.

Dogs on leads welcome.

The walk will end near the Promenade Café and last around 75mins.
